The Role
Hair Color & Blowdry Specialist (Certified Track)
You will:

Perform grey coverage + blowdries using the Hairdo-Lini Method
-
Follow clear timing, formulation, and service protocols
-
Deliver a warm, consistent guest experience

Work as part of a supportive, ego-free team
You will not:

Cut hair
-
Do creative color
-
Work on commission
-
Freelance inside the salon
Paid Training and Certification
All team members complete a 12-shift paid certification program (3 hours per shift).
You’ll learn:

Grey coverage fundamentals (our way)

Blowdry consistency + finishing
-
Client communication & rebooking
-
How to work confidently inside a system
Once certified, you’ll be scheduled as a regular team member with clear pay progression.
