By accessing or using our services, programs, digital content, or educational materials, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Our offerings—including breathwork guidance, beauty and wellness education, salon services, coaching, and in-person or digital trainings—are designed to support personal well-being, learning, and transformation. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. You are responsible for determining whether participation in our services is appropriate for your individual needs.

All content, including written materials, videos, audio recordings, course curriculum, branding, and methodology, is the exclusive intellectual property of the company and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, licensed, or distributed without explicit written permission. Purchasing or accessing our services grants you a personal, non-transferable license for individual use only. Unauthorized use—including reselling, teaching without permission, or misrepresenting our materials as your own—is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any services at our discretion. All services and digital products are final sale. By continuing to engage with our offerings, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

Refund Policy​
All services are non-refundable, including breathwork sessions, classes, programs, beauty services, and digital content. Salon service adjustments for color or cutting may be scheduled within 5 days of the original appointment and will be performed at no additional charge if aligned with the original consultation. Retail/product purchases may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase if unused and in resellable condition.
No refunds or exchanges are available on gift certificates or digital goods.
If you are dissatisfied with your experience, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can address your concerns professionally and respectfully.

Liability Waiver
By participating in any of our services—including breathwork, education, coaching, salon or beauty services, workshops, or digital offerings—you acknowledge that you do so voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and personal well-being. Breathwork may evoke physical or emotional responses; salon services involve tools and chemical processes; educational and wellness services may involve activity or self-reflection. You agree to disclose any conditions that may affect your participation and to follow all safety instructions.
You release the company, its owners, employees, and practitioners from any liability for injuries, reactions, outcomes, or unforeseen events arising from participation, except where prohibited by law. You agree to seek immediate medical or professional care if needed and understand that results vary based on personal factors.

Licensing Agreement
(for Method / Educational Content)
All curriculum, techniques, practices, written materials, methods, and brand elements associated with our educational or training programs—including breathwork-based content, mindful beauty education, and proprietary methodologies—are fully protected intellectual property. Enrollment in a program does not grant permission to teach, reproduce, modify, or license this work unless explicitly stated.

Any individual or organization wishing to teach, integrate, or certify others in this method must obtain a formal licensing agreement in writing. Unauthorized teaching, replication, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Licensed educators and trainers must represent the material with integrity, follow branding guidelines, uphold professional standards, and maintain active status in accordance with the licensing terms.
Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients and students, the following cancellation policy applies to all classes and services:

A minimum of 5 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment or class.

Cancellations made within 5 hours of the scheduled time will automatically incur a charge of 20% of the service or class fee.

All cancellations must be completed through the app. Cancellations made via text, email, phone call, or social media will not be accepted.
If you are feeling sick, please do not come in. You may reschedule within one (1) week to avoid the cancellation charge, provided the reschedule is completed through the app.
Please note:

Cancelling within the 5-hour window does not guarantee immediate rescheduling availability.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in dismissal from future classes or services and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Client Acknowledgment
By scheduling a class or service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all policies, including the cancellation policy. It is the client’s responsibility to be aware of these policies at the time of booking. Scheduling a class or service constitutes acceptance of these terms.
